Joshua Therrien graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Exercise Science after a successful varsity high school baseball career and two years pitching for the Falcons at Fitchburg State.

Since hanging up his own cleats, he has dedicated himself to studying the newest technologies, training methods, and coaching techniques used to develop the modern baseball player. His approach blends performance science with old‑school baseball IQ.

Joshua's passion is helping every teammate know the game of baseball on a deeper level — the mental side, the fundamentals, the details that separate good players from great ones. He coaches with a desire to grow the whole athlete: mind, body, and character.

His vision is to build one of New England's premier youth sports organizations — an elite program that is unapologetically rooted in faith, family, and excellence.
