Our mission and vision is to start a Kingdom team at every age level and in each of the major sports below — baseball, softball, basketball, football, and soccer.

After we successfully launch in New England, our dream is to take Kingdom Sports nationally — and see the name of Jesus praised on sports fields all across America.

Kingdom Certified Coach

Coaches earn the right to wear the crown.

We're not franchising — we're certifying. Coaches earn the right to represent the Kingdom name by meeting our standards and continuing to uphold them. The requirements and expectations below define what it means to lead a Kingdom team.

Alignment with the Kingdom Mission

Faith first. Family second. Excellence in athletics.
Character over championships.
Respect for officials, opponents, and teammates.
Sign the Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.

Coaching Qualifications

Previous coaching (or assistant) experience.
Background check.
SafeSport certification (or equivalent).
CPR / First Aid certification.
Completion of Kingdom Coach Training.

Character Standards

Never belittle players.
No profanity around athletes.
Sportsmanship at all times.
Never argue with umpires inappropriately.
Model Christian leadership.
Player development ahead of winning.

Player Development Standards

Two organized practices per week.
Winter development opportunities.
Strength and agility program.
Position-specific instruction.
Written season development plan.

Parent Communication

Preseason parent meeting.
Weekly communication.
Clear expectations up front.
24-hour cooling-off policy after games before discussing playing time.

Faith Component

Optional team prayer before or after games.
Weekly 5–10 minute devotional.
Encouragement, never forced participation.
Respect families of all backgrounds while staying true to Kingdom's Christian identity.

Business Requirements

Carry liability insurance.
Follow all league and tournament rules.
Use approved Kingdom uniforms and branding.
Maintain financial transparency.
10% of team dues paid back to Kingdom Sports to market, grow, travel, cover staff, and invest in great facilities for our athletes.
Pass annual review.

Recruiting Standards

No recruiting players already committed to another Kingdom team.
No negative recruiting.
No promises of scholarships or guaranteed playing time.

Player Experience Standards

Individual evaluations.
Development goals for every player.
Equal respect regardless of ability.
Safe environment.
Positive coaching.

Annual Review

Parent feedback and player retention.
Character, communication, and faith leadership.
Player development and sportsmanship.
Failure to meet standards may result in probation or removal.

Growth

Kingdom Certification Program

Coaching manual and online training modules.
Leadership and faith curriculum.
Practice templates and team operating procedures.
Recruiting and branding standards.
Annual recertification.
